Samm trained at Body Control Pilates in London, has over 20 years teaching experience and is a mum of two. Additional to the Level 3 Diploma in Instructing Pilates Matwork, Samm holds a Level 3 Award in Designing Pre and Post Natal Exercise Programmes. Her training covered developing exercise programmes that focus on strengthening the pelvic floor, addressing postnatal abdominal diastasis (separation of the tummy muscles), pelvic prolapse, breathing and relaxation exercises, as well as covering general pregnancy and postnatal well being and mental health.
